Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on opened or used products.
To start a return, contact us at hi@parallelfaceandbody.com with your order number. We'll provide a return mailing address and any additional instructions.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at hi@parallelfaceandbody.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at privacy@parallelfaceandbody.com.
